How long do you need to sell and rent my property?Fastest transaction done: 7 days. Guaranteed: A serious offer in the next 30 days. I do what's required to help you achieve your goals. I’m certain with my expertise, I can help you succeed.

How much is your service?For residential property sales: 2% of transacted price plus gst. For resale residential property purchase: 1% of transacted price plus gst. 2-year lease tenancies: Equivalent to 1 month’s rental, plus gst. I don’t ask for “performance bonus”, so there are no hidden charges if I negotiate a better price for you. Even if there’s a co-broke agent involved, the fees remains the same. Any investments I make to market your property are covered by me. There will be no hidden expenses whatsoever in our partnership.
